It is my goal to show people that fitness in general is both enjoyable and rewarding physically and psychologically, and to demonstrate the mix of science and art that is involved with transforming the body.
I want my clients to find a balance between their life and their fitness goals to assure sustainability.

For quite some time I was using my knowledge as a personal trainer to program for myself, however just before I started with Kian I was losing the passion to train. I started to over complicate my training, consistently changing what I was doing, and I didn’t see any progress. I needed the accountability and directions to help tackle my goals. So I decided to dive into hiring a coach. I was met with Kian, from the get-go he was straight to the point, told me his expectations and was easy going with the whole process. I have never done anything online before, so it was a welcome change. He designed a program that I liked quite easily and matched it to my goal of wanting to compete in a powerlifting competition. Kian’s programming and direction made it possible for me to push pass the plateaus that I was trying to push past myself. I was stuck on my bench press and then 12ish weeks into my training with Kian I got the PB that I was chasing for quite some time. Kian guidance with my nutrition also lead me to having the best body composition that I have had to date, I cut down to the lowest weight I have been in 4 years and yet still gained strength. Overall, my experience with Kian has been an absolutely positive one. Placing my trust with my programming in someone else’s hands was just what I needed and having Kian to do that for me has proved to be very beneficial, which I am grateful for that.
Kian was excellent to interact with, he was always prompt with communication and his passion really shined through my whole development process. His knowledge and motivation throughout the journey reflected his investment in my transformation and made it that much easier to reach my goals.
Kian is a top quality personal trainer and powerlifting coach whom I’ve been lucky enough to be coached by for the past 9 months. Initially, I contacted Kian with the goal of improving my body composition and getting fitter, but in a short time working with Kian and seeing results, my goals expanded and I feel in love with the strength side of training. It is great to be coached by someone who continually pushes you forward and without Kian’s coaching I would not have achieved a huge personal milestone of competing in my first powerlifting meet. He has dramatically improved my approach to nutrition and training and motivated me beyond any of my expectations. I cannot recommend Kian enough for anyone looking to achieve any type of fitness or strength goals.
I had accomplished what many hope to achieve in their life time but struggle to do so, and that is losing wait and reclaiming my life back. I had preconceived perceptions about dropping my 140kgs, assuming I knew all there was to know about my fitness regimen and diet. However since the day I walked into JPS and met with Coach Kian I quickly realised how much I was still lacking and how much more I had to go but Kian helped me get excited about it rather than dwell on the negatives. I quickly saw the deep level of passion and hunger in Kian to coach and mentor me as his client. Whether it would be early morning training sessions, evening sessions, texts, call and emails Kian was always available. We have kicked some major goals together and I can’t thank him enough. If you want to drop some kilos, get healthier and fitter or better yourself this guys your man.
